I brought my super cute cookies home, now what?

Keep Your Baked Goods Fresh with Our Care Instructions.

  • Keep cookies at room temperature and away from sunlight.
  • Cookies will remain fresh for up to a week in an airtight container.DO NOT store cookies in the refrigerator.
  • Not eating cookies right away? You can request for your cookies to be heat sealed and they will stay fresh for up to two weeks. 
  • If you need to preserve your cookies longer you can freeze them in their heat sealed bags in an airtight freezer safe container.
  • Thawing instructions: take container out of the freezer and do not open the container until it reaches room temperature.

Custom Orders

Is there a cut off time to place my same day order?

Indeed, all same day orders must be placed no later than noon.

Can I place a custom detailed designed cookie order?

Yes, nevertheless our schedule is completely reserved until March.

Custom Cookie Details:

Custom cookies are based on these pricing tiers, I can not quote you a price unless you have an idea of what kind of theme/designs you need.

Tier 1-Basic cookies: $55 per dozen with a 2 dozen minimum order.

Tier 2- Detailed design cookies: $65 per dozen with a 1 dozen order minimum.

All orders will be considered and priced based on the detail and hours they will require. These are standard prices and there may be additional charges for additional colors, embellishments, and other time consuming techniques. All cookies are flavored with almond (does not contain nuts) flavored extract unless otherwise specified, and depending on the flavor there could be an additional charge. At the time you request an order you will be quoted a price based on the work the cookies will entail. There will be a 50% non refundable deposit required on any order over $100. If you would have to cancel, deposit can be used for cookies at a later date. I WILL NOT copy another bakers cookies, you can send pictures for inspiration, but I will not copy exact cookies. Also, I will NOT make designs that have a copyright, this includes character cookies, logos, etc.

Do you cater?

Certainly. Our catering menu requirements are detailed below:

  • At least a dozen Cookies, Pastries, and or Donuts.
  • Pan of Brownies and/or Cinnamon Rolls
  • Please check our CALENDAR for availability
  • CONTACT US with any questions.
  • Please note: A 50% deposit is required with all catering and custom cookie orders.

What is the turn around time for Custom Orders?

Currently, we are booked through March. Plan ahead and schedule your appointment for April or later to guarantee availability.

How far in advance should I place my order?

  • Cookies / Donuts / Pastries: 1 Week
  • Cookies: over 6 dozen must order a week in advance
  • Over 5 dozen: must order a week in advance
  • Custom Orders: placed at least 1 month in advance

Cancellations & Refunds

STORE POLICY:

  • Flavors and quantities need to be chosen when order is placed.  Changes can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and there may be an additional charge.
  • Custom orders need to be placed at least 1 month in advance. 
  • Custom orders need to be cancelled at least 7 days before the event for a full refund.
  • There is a 1 dozen minimum order for all custom cookies. 
  • I WILL NOT make anything with copyrighted images, however, I can make designs that compliment your theme.
  • I will not copy another bakers work, I can use photos for inspiration but will NOT replicate someone else’s art.”
  • In the event that you would like to freeze your cookies, they can be heat sealed upon request at an additional charge.
  • Once you have possession of your product you are responsible for the condition of your baked goods (please see our cookie care instructions).
  • We photograph most products and reserve the right to use them for display or promotion.

Will I need to place a deposit?

Yes, to secure the dates for your custom order, we ask for a 50% deposit is due upon receiving your quote for custom cookies.

  • We accept all major credit cards, cashapp, and cash.
  • Your date WILL NOT be reserved unless this is paid.
